Role Overview
The Sr. AVP, Talent Acquisition will lead and mentor a high-performing TA team, drive recruitment strategy, oversee vendor partnerships, and deliver a seamless experience to candidates and hiring leaders. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role shaping the talent engine for a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and mentor the Talent Acquisition team
- Drive high-quality recruitment delivery across Revantage and portfolio companies
- Manage recruiter workload and propose scalable resourcing models
- Strengthen relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders
- Translate business strategy into actionable talent strategies
- Oversee search firm partnerships, negotiations, and compliance
- Leverage data and industry expertise to drive recruiting insights and improvements
- Ensure ATS hygiene and adherence to recruitment processes
- Conduct full life-cycle hiring primarily for manager/director roles
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 1012 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience
- 5+ years leading and motivating recruitment teams
- Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders
- Strong understanding of ATS systems and MS Office
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High-volume staffing experience is a plus
