About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking aSenior Control Management Specialist - Power Platform Creator for the Strategic Execution and Operations (SEO) Action Plan Implementation Platform (APIP) Enablement Team supporting a business tool used in regulatory program management execution and governance activities.

The Capability Creator will be responsible for creating applications and reporting using Microsoft Power Platform components. This individual will be working with internal and external stakeholders to create and support business applications, dynamic reports, and workflows using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Excel and Dataverse. This individual will determine how to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire tool suite and be an integral participant in efforts to increase cohesiveness and simplify the existing tool suite. They are expected to bring strong problem solving, solution creation and partnering skills along with a team orientation. This role will have a significant impact on the usability, business value and effectiveness delivered by the APIP Enablement Team and SEO Teams along with supporting the company's risk management objectives.
