8+ years plus minimum experience in software testing and minimum of 1 years in Tosca Tool
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work within a team and in collaboration with different teams

Relevant certifications in Tricentis Tosca are a plus
Hand-on experience in installing, configuring, operating, testing, and monitoring CI/CD pipeline tools

Project management experience leading testing engagements
Good understanding on Testing, Automation Testing, Performance testing concepts, Agile methodology and Knowledge on cloud Infrastructure and database concepts
Should be able to grasp concepts quickly and appreciate implications of decisions
Able to work well autonomously, with a focus on delivery
Experience in test process documentation and SDLC process adherence
Eagerness to learn and an aptitude for picking things up quickly
Should be able to implement automation strategy and guide the team.
Experience with different test automation approaches (including BDD and hybrid) using the tools Selenium with Java - Knowledge at scripting/coding level
The ideal candidate should have experience of a range of test phases, including functional, integration, regression, acceptance, and automation.
There will be a wide range of domains and test phases involved in this role, including mobile app and accessibility testing.
Good and functional testing and execute and understand E2E test scenarios
Experience in leading multiple Testing teams and deliver quality product by implementing Testing standards and processes
Proficiency in handling Key Performance Indicators and Metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication and team management skills
