Responsibilities:
Understand Medline business processes in Supply chain and related areas.
Interact with Medline Business users to understand and document functional/non-functional requirements.
Design
End to end solution design, configuration, implementation, data analytics, testing of solution and communication with internal and external stakeholders
Participate in process and business requirements sessions with business users and document to-be business processes leveraging industry best practices.
Ability to convert business logic to technical platform design, including knowledge of platform infrastructure.
Configuration
Work closely with architects to develop clear functional and technical design, document data requirements, and build complex datasets.
Configure a technical specification document and tool configuration in the o9 platform, as per the design, to solve deep operations / supply chain problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring systems.
Testing
Work with internal teams to resolve solution & data gaps and deploy fixes in the environment.
Create and execute workflow and data analytics test-cases, document issues, and track progress at resolving issues.
Communication
Work with business users, cross-functional teams, and IT and business stakeholders, to ensure successful planning and execution of projects.
Plan, develop and deliver Super User and End User training, for a global user base.
Assist Testing staff in executing test plans.
Troubleshoot reported systems issues, using data analysis and debugging tools as necessary.
Serve as primary contact for handling support issues during Medline India business hours. This includes, but is not limited to, end-user calls and scheduled batch job issues.
To provide estimates and feedback to the Software Development Manager for project scheduling purposes.
