Job Description

Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Work with outside data sources and APIs.
Identify and resolve defects and bugs in native mobile applications for Android.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Address and resolve performance issues related to Mobile and applications.
Integrate mobile apps with REST full web services.
Work as part of an agile team on leading edge technologies.

Requirements

Must have at least 3 years of experience;
Must have a B.Tech Degree:
Proven working experience in Android development.
Experience with Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
Very good understanding of Android Studio & Gradle with strong debugging skills.
Very good understanding/knowledge of React Native.
Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and merging technologies.
Able to understand full mobile development life cycle.
Familiarity with third-party libraries, RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
Understanding of Googles Android design principles and interface guidelines.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript a plus.
Should have worked on map framework, social frameworks and Local Databases like SQLite.
