Desktop Support L3 JD :
Monitoring & attending calls of end users Operating System & system issues. Maintenance of user profile on AD/ Messaging/MS team meeting/one drive etc and O365 platform. Hardware issues/preventive maintenance. Network basic troubleshooting & support. Application front end support in coordination with HO teams. USD call management.( Call/Asset/PIM/EDR/AV in line with ITIL process/ defined Security posture) WFH / Remote Locations Hardware /Software/Applications support Compliance Window OS for all host i.e., Desktop, Laptop & Server. SCCM patches for all host i.e., Desktop, Laptop, servers SCCM client certificate installation in remote , Locations Software compliance. User data backup support Live event and meeting support (MS-Teams/Zoom/webinars). IT Assets Management Addition/Deletion/Updation of IT Infra asset with tagging in Summit.(LT/DT/Servers/Switches etc) IT Asset Management E-waste Inventory Collections Planning and support for consumables (Printer/HDD/RAM/Mouse/Active & Passive components etc.). BCP, CSAT Survey, User trainings, WCM, Staff club, Plant cultural activities support. Record Keeping as per ISMS & ISO 27001 standards.
