About the Role

We're looking for a detail-driven, organised, and dependable Accounts Manager who can take ownership of our day-to-day finance operations. This role covers everything from GST filings to payroll accuracy, ensuring statutory compliance, managing books, and keeping the financial engine running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Management

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records

  • Handle monthly closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting

  • Track payables/receivables, vendor payments, and expense management

  • Manage petty cash and supervise day-to-day accounting operations

2. GST & Taxation

  • Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual return)

  • Reconcile GST input/output and coordinate with vendors for mismatches

  • Assist in TDS calculation, return filing, and challan preparation

  • Handle basic income tax-related compliances

3. Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll with accuracy (attendance, reimbursements, deductions)

  • Maintain employee financial records and statutory registers

  • Ensure timely disbursement of salaries

4. Statutory & Compliance

  • Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, ROC documents, etc.

  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory inspections

  • Liaise with CA, auditors, and consultants for filings and certifications

5. Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with HR, Operations & Leadership teams for finance-related inputs

  • Maintain financial discipline within teams (documentation, timelines, approvals)

What We're Looking For

  • 25 years of experience in accounting & finance

  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliances

  • Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / any accounting ERP

  • Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliation sheets)

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and documentation skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multi-company books (preferred)

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in agency setup or service-sector companies

  • Basic understanding of budgeting & MIS reporting

Working Days:
Monday to Friday (Onsite) + Saturday Half Day (WFH)
