Job Title: Academic Counsellor Middle East Team (International Division)

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Shift Timings: 1 PM 11 PM (IST)

Experience: 03 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)

Industry: EdTech / B2C Sales

Salary: Competitive + Incentives up to 10% slab

We are looking for passionate and goal-oriented Academic Counsellors to join our Middle East Team at Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya.

• Connect with students and parents across the Middle East region.
• Understand academic needs and recommend suitable learning programs.
• Build strong relationships with prospective learners to ensure trust and retention.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM.

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in presenting and handling international customers.
• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.
• A proactive, go-getter attitude with strong problem-solving ability.
• Prior experience in B2C or EdTech sales is preferred, but not mandatory.
