Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior 3D Visualizer who can transform a conceptual spark into a breathtaking, photorealistic reality. Someone who doesn't just build models—but builds worlds that evoke emotion and drive brand impact.
In this role, you will be the lead architect of our visual output, shaping the environments where brand stories come to life. From massive stage designs to intricate retail pop-ups and immersive MICE environments, you will be the driving force behind high-fidelity rendering, spatial layouts, and cinematic walkthroughs.
What You'll Be Leading
As our Senior 3D Visualizer, you'll bridge the gap between abstract creative strategy and physical execution across events and brand experiences.
- Architecting Immersive Environments: Develop high-end 3D models and environments for event sets, exhibition pavilions, and brand activations that push the limits of spatial design.
- Mastering Light & Texture: Create photorealistic renders and cinematic walkthroughs that sell the dream, using advanced lighting, texturing, and post-production techniques.
- Visualizing MICE & Destination Journeys: Collaborate with the Creative Director to visualize complex corporate incentive setups, curated gala dinners, and unique destination-based structures in stunning detail.
- Integrating Tech & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by incorporating emerging trends like Unreal Engine for real-time rendering, AI-assisted asset generation, and interactive AR/VR mockups.
- Production-Ready Precision: Ensure all 3D designs are spatially accurate and technically feasible, working closely with the fabrication team to translate digital visions into physical builds. Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drafting and layout precision is key to bridging the gap between design and execution.
- Elevating the Pitch: Transform raw ideas into polished, winning pitch presentations that captivate stakeholders and define the visual standard for Benchmark.
The Kind of Creator We're Looking For
You're someone who sees a wireframe as a skeleton and a render as a masterpiece waiting to happen.
You likely bring:
- Mastery of the Craft: Expert-level proficiency in 3DS Max, Autodesk Maya, SketchUp (V-Ray/Corona/Lumion), Blender, or Cinema 4D, with working knowledge of AutoCAD for technical space planning and layout drawings.
- Real-time Capabilities: Strong experience in creating digital interactive walkthroughs preferably in an event industry segment using the required design tools.
- Post-Production Excellence: High skill in Adobe Creative Suite for retouching and motion integration.
- The Spatial Eye: A deep understanding of scale, composition, and architectural flow within event spaces.
- Solution-Driven Artistry in Event Industry: The ability to pivot designs quickly based on feedback while maintaining visual integrity, and prior experience working as a 3D Visualizer in the MICE and Events industry.
- Collaborative Spirit: Excellent team spirit and the ability to work seamlessly with the Creative Team and Production Team.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- A portfolio that showcases a range of work — from high-energy concert stages to sleek event environments, branding collaterals, and design renders created for the corporate events segment.
- Strong understanding of material properties, lighting physics, and fabrication constraints.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings, and Autodesk Maya for character, object, or environment animation when required.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site environment.
- Must work within deadlines and timelines to deliver results within schedules for the Event Ops Team for pitch and execution-related aspects.
Why This Role is Exciting
If you love the thrill of seeing your digital creations turn into massive, physical structures that people walk through, touch, and experience — this role is your stage.
You won't just render event scenes and environments.
You'll build the portals through which corporate audiences enter a new world of experience.
