Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing data pipelines, automating repetitive workflows, and maintaining data quality across multiple source systems. This role will support reporting, data consolidation, and business decision-making, aligned to the client requirement for SQL Server Integration Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages and SQL Server-based integration workflows.
  • Build and manage end-to-end data pipelines across multiple source systems.
  • Automate repetitive data processing and workflow activities.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across datasets.
  • Support data consolidation for reporting and analytics.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing ETL and integration processes.
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
  • Support production deployments, monitoring, and issue resolution for integration jobs.

Required Skills

  • 4–7 years of experience in SQL Server and SSIS development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ETL processes, data integration, and workflow automation.
  • Strong SQL development, query writing, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
  • Experience in data validation, transformation, and quality checks.
  • Good understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
  • Ability to handle data from multiple systems and support reporting requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in enterprise or large-scale data environments.
  • Exposure to reporting and analytics support.
  • Knowledge of data pipeline optimization and production support.
  • Experience in client-facing or offshore delivery environments.

Role Objective

The selected candidate will help build and manage data pipelines, automate repetitive workflows, maintain data quality across source systems, and enable data consolidation for reporting and business decision-making, which reflects the client brief shared for this job reference.

Tentative Budget

  • Mid-level (4–5 years): ₹8 LPA to ₹12 LPA
  • Senior-level (6–7 years): ₹12 LPA to ₹16 LPA
