Role Overview
PhysicsWallah is seeking a passionate and dynamic Spoken English Teacher to conduct high-quality sessions for Medharthi (meritorious) students. The focus is to build students fluency, confidence, and real-life communication skills in English. This is a part-time, hourly-compensated role suited for an educator who can create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive Spoken English classes for student batches.
- Assess students current proficiency levels and design tailored lesson plans.
- Cover essential areas such as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and daily conversational English.
- Organize practical learning activities such as debates, role-plays, presentations, and group discussions to build confidence and reduce hesitation.
- Track student progress and provide constructive, regular feedback.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and student-friendly learning atmosphere.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- 12 years of teaching experience in Spoken English.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preference for English, Journalism, or Mass Communication).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, patient, and energetic teaching style.
- Experience with online teaching platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong command of Hindi and residency in the NCR region are preferred.
Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay structure.
- Final rate will depend on qualifications, experience, and performance in the interview.
- Classes will be held on Saturdays and Sundays
- Approximately 1417 classes per month
