Role Responsibilities

Solution Design lead is responsible for managing a portfolio of multi- disciplinary projects that have clear interdependencies. They manage the overall Technology Design / solution and risks relating to the portfolio. They build strong stakeholder relationships with each of the business partners
Core functions for this role includes:

  • Automate, support and troubleshoot the software delivery process based on the CI/CD delivery pipeline

  • Develop and evolve cloud infrastructure environments

  • Follow and improve delivery quality standards

  • Fixing support escalation issues

  • Conducting post-incident reviews

  • Contribute ideas through your knowledge of evolving Devops technologies

  • Be proactive in communicating with the team members and business users

  • Be part of a positive and fun team environment

  • Ensures key Technology stakeholders are kept aware of project status, risks & issues

  • Manages vendor deliverables and resolves vendor issues

  • Creates a highly collaborative environment for working

  • Anticipates possible conflicts and difficult interpersonal situations and takes steps to avoid them manifesting

  • Improves resource strength through up skilling and talent development during project

  • Drives the adoption of new processes or techniques to manage solution design

  • Reviews teams project documentation for quality and accuracy aspects

  • Actively contributes to the PM Community through running learning sessions and providing thought leadership

  • Demonstrates good technical and/ or business expertise to manage projects effectively

  • Coordinate between business stakeholders, handle dependencies between various teamsnsibilities for job description.
