Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Hyderabad. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess children with communication and language challenges, conduct detailed evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with their developmental goals. Daily responsibilities include providing speech and language therapy sessions, monitoring progress, updating documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care. The role involves educating families and caregivers on strategies to support communication at home, maintaining accurate records, and participating in team meetings and case reviews. The Speech Language Pathologist will also contribute to program development, uphold ethical and regulatory standards, and support a safe, inclusive environment for all children.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech and Communication Disorders.
  • Experience assessing and treating Language Disorders, with the ability to design individualized intervention plans.
  • Knowledge and clinical experience in Dysphagia assessment and therapy, including safe swallowing practices.
  • Relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders, with appropriate licensure or certification as required.
  • Experience working with children with special needs in educational or clinical settings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with families and caregivers.
  • Strong documentation, observation, and report-writing skills, with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, child safeguarding, and ongoing professional development.
