Specialist SCADA & Networking

Key Responsibilities:

System Monitoring & Support:

• Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment to support global wind farm operations.
• Monitor and maintain SCADA systems to ensure continuous data acquisition and plant control.
• Manage VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches across distributed networks.

Incident Handling:

• Handle incoming tickets and incidents related to SCADA and OT network issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve faults remotely in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues when required.

Cybersecurity & Compliance:

• Ensure system security by applying security patches and updates.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to enforce policies and standards.
• Conduct compliance checks and maintain adherence to IT/OT security guidelines.

Change Management & Documentation:

• Support IT/OT change management processes and maintain detailed records.
• Document all troubleshooting steps, system updates, and configuration changes.
• Maintain network diagrams, equipment logs, and standard operating procedures.
