Specialist SCADA & Networking

We are hiring aSpecialist SCADA & Networkingto join our Digitalization HUB in Chennai. This role is critical to supporting global wind farm operations and ensuring high standards of service and troubleshooting around the clock.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
• Coordinate and maintain network components (VPNs, Firewalls, Routers, Switches)
• Troubleshoot SCADA systems, agents, and communication issues remotely and on-site
• Manage incidents and ticketing through to resolution
• Support IT/OT network changes and upgrades
• Collaborate with Global Cybersecurity teams to maintain privacy and security across SCADA and IT/OT systems
• Ensure systems and security patches are up to date with proper documentation

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience with SCADA systems
• Familiarity with communication protocols: IEC104, IEC101, MODBUS, DNP, OPC UA/DA
• Basic knowledge of MS Windows, Linux, SQL, and Virtual Machines (VM)
• Hands-on experience with Firewalls, Routers, and OT/IT Gateways
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
