Job Description

  • To delegate the tasks efficiently within the team so as to meet SLAs well within the time limits.

  • To ensure second level preventive maintenance is being done regularly
  • To prioritise faults to meet SLA/WLA.
  • To handle emergencies and if required coordinate with Emergency support
  • To investigate faults/cause related to system/network problems.
  • To participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible.
  • To ensure correct working methodology.
  • To be able to interface with Marketing Revenue Assurance teams
  • To supervise product feasibility studies.
  • To guide engineers for configurations, fault management and trouble shooting.
  • To predict man-power requirements
  • The skills you bring:
  • To lead the team as one coherent unit and deliver as per SLAs.
  • Second level service problem restoration.
  • To ensure second level preventive maintenance is being done for all nodes.
  • To handle and analyse Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets when necessary.
  • To handle and execute the Change Request in stipulated time frame.
  • Raise CSR towards ELS.
  • To ensure new nodes are integrated as per the standardized processes.
  • Independently handle upgrade/updates of live nodes.
  • Rollout of New Feature as per MOP
  • Interact with Customer s top level management to understand their requirements and give feasibility for implementation of the same.
  • To delegate within the team so as to utilize man power efficiently.
  • To identify and ensure that the team members get necessary trainings
  • Interface with other organizational entities such as DP, National BO, GNOC - 1st Level Assurance , Projects, FM etc.
