Specialist - Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual assets for logos, branding materials, campaigns, social media graphics, website elements, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
• Translate ideas and concepts into visually compelling designs aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Use industry-standard graphic design software to create, edit, and optimize designs for digital and print mediums.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine and improve designs.

Video Editing:

• Edit and manipulate video footage to create polished, engaging, and cohesive videos for social media, YouTube, websites, and presentations.
• Manage the full video production process from raw footage to final delivery.
• Add motion graphics, animations, special effects, transitions, titles, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling.
• Edit and mix audio elements including dialogue, music, and sound effects to ensure high-quality audio.
• Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring proper format, resolution, and file size.

Collaboration and Strategy:

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and strategies.
• Ensure consistency in visual style and brand messaging across all channels.
• Stay updated with the latest design and video editing trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain an organized system for project files, media assets, and archives.
