Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Clinical Psychologist to oversee and lead our Special School Program and individual sessions for children with neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Intellectual Disabilities, and Learning Disorders. The psychologist will work collaboratively with a team of speech therapists, occupational therapists, special educators, and behavior therapists to ensure the emotional, behavioral, and academic growth of each child.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized psychological and behavioral intervention plans.
Conduct developmental, behavioral, and psychological assessments.
Provide counseling and support to children, parents, and caregivers.
Supervise and guide the multidisciplinary team in behavior management strategies.
Conduct periodic review meetings with therapists and educators to track progress.
Plan and facilitate group sessions, life skills training, and social-emotional learning programs.
Contribute to curriculum planning for the special school program based on psychological goals.
Maintain documentation, reports, and progress records.
Participate in parent education programs and awareness workshops.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university (RCI registration preferred).
Minimum 13 years of experience working with children with special needs.
Strong understanding of child development, behavior modification techniques, and special education frameworks.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Empathetic, patient, and passionate about working with neurodivergent children.
