Your job title: Space and Graphic Designer
Level: 3-4 years experience
Location: Bangalore (should be okay to travel for site visits)
Your skills and tools:
- Spatial design: SketchUp / Rhino / AutoCAD / hand sketching Graphic Design: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Proficient in reading architectural and furniture drawings.
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals, spatial storytelling, layout principles.
- Conceptual thinking and research driven approach
- Understanding of materials, fabrication and installation workflows
- Blender / Figma / After effects / 3D rendering tools (huge plus, not essential)
Your key responsibilities:
- Design spatial experiences for experience centres, events, pop-ups, factory pockets.
- Work with vendors, architects, and production teams for execution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on visual storytelling
- Ability to convert presented concepts into real world executions across print and 3D formats
- Support graphic design across touchpoints: posters, decks, print assets, campaigns etc
- Develop graphic systems for physical spaces - wayfinding, signage, murals, installations
Folks you will work closely with
- Teams across design, marketing, and product.
- You will also collaborate closely with the retail network team helping expand Ather's retail footprint.
