Spa Therapist provides treatments like massages and facials, consults with clients to understand their needs, maintains the cleanliness and safety of their treatment area, recommends products and services, and keeps accurate client records. Responsibilities:Client Consultation & Care:Greet clients warmly, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate treatments, explaining them in an understandable way. Treatment Delivery:Perform various treatments such as massages, body therapies, facials, and waxing safely and with skill. Health & Safety:Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, sterilize equipment, and follow all health and safety protocols. Product Promotion:Advise clients on and promote spa retail products and additional services. Record Keeping:Accurately document client information, treatment history, and preferences. Professional Development:Stay informed about new spa trends, techniques, and products through training and workshops. Collaboration:Work with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive overall client experience.
