Summary:
Company is seeking a contingent worker to support the Finance Operations (FinOps) Controllership team. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to understand complex FinOps processes and identify a full range of risks related to processes, regulatory compliance, organization, policy, and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Perform risk assessment of the services and functions in FinOps.
- Conduct end-to-end audits, including scoping, fieldwork, and reporting.
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of FinOps controls.
- Assess policy and process exceptions.
- Provide training to improve and raise the bar on controllership regarding policies and other requirements.
- Support external regulatory and statutory auditor requests.
Requirements:
- 5 years of relevant experience.
Required Skills:
- Successful candidates must be eager to dive deep into processes and have a proven record of delivering meaningful risks and recommendations to the business.
- The candidate should have strong auditing skills, problem-solving skills, systems and process knowledge, and a passion for customer service.
- Experience with complex FinOps processes and understanding of risks associated with process design, internal control effectiveness, and computer system integration is preferred.
