Sourcing Procurement Manager

Our client, a leading global consulting firm, is executing a large-scale digital procurement transformation for a major Pharma organisation. The program aims to modernise sourcing, vendor management, and spend optimisation through AI-driven decision-making and workflow digitisation.

They are looking for a Sourcing & Procurement Consultant with strong experience in pharma procurement to lead transformation design, shape AI use cases, and coordinate execution across business and technology teams. The consultant will work closely with the consulting team and the client's CPO organisation to unlock cost efficiencies, accelerate decision cycles, and scale digital procurement capabilities across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current procurement processes and identify digital/AI transformation opportunities
• Design future-state process flows and the digital procurement operating model
• Develop business cases with impact assessments, KPIs, and EBITDA metrics
• Lead PMO governance across client teams, implementation partners, and vendors
• Support adoption, capability building, and change management for new tools and workflows

Your Background:

• 510 years of Sourcing & Procurement experience within the Indian pharma sector
• Strong experience in cost reduction, spend analytics, and category optimisation
• Engineering background ideal; MBA preferred
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution in complex environments

Other Details:

• Duration: 12 months (extendable)
• Location: Delhi / Mumbai / Ahmedabad
• Work Model: On-site engagement with the client (full-time)
