Job Summary

We are looking for a commercially astute and analytically strong Finance professional to work closely with our Group Controller. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing complete MIS activities across all companies/verticals, contributing to strategic planning, performance monitoring, and financial operations for a business group with turnover exceeding 500 Crores.

Key Responsibilities

Manage information and data integrity across business units.

Compile accurate and timely monthly financial MIS reports for all verticals.

Assist in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan.

Conduct budget vs. actual analysis and report key variances.

Collaborate with business teams to provide insights, performance analysis, and suggest process improvements.

Oversee financial operations, book-keeping, audits, and internal controls via Shared Services.

Drive digitization and continuous improvement of MIS processes.

Perform cost-benefit analysis and assess commercial and financial risks.

Create and deliver presentations for senior management reviews.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong financial analysis and commercial acumen.

Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Expertise in financial modeling and Excel-based reporting.

Deep understanding of project costing and cost controls.

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Exposure to digitized MIS platforms and financial automation is a plus.

CA/CA Intern from a recognized institution
