Responsibilities
- Has the ability to break down problems and estimate time for development tasks.
- Understands the technology landscape, up to date on current technology trends and new technology, brings new ideas to the team.
- Displays understanding of the project's value proposition for the customer. Shows commitment to deliver the best value proposition for the targeted customer.
- Learns organization vision statements and decision-making framework. Able to understand how team and personal goals/objectives contribute to the organization vision
- BE/BTech/MCA in computer science/electronics and communication from a reputed college.
- Minimum 3 years of proven production-level experience in automation testing.
- Delivery of E2E 2-3 projects in automation using tools like Selenium/Appium.
- 2+ years of experience in Python/JavaScript.
- At least 6 months of working knowledge in GCP/Azure/AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
- Must have Team leading & client facing experience
- Must have experience of Selenium, TestNG, Maven
- Must have backend Testing= RESTAPI, POSTMAN, API testing-Jmeter, Database testing
- Experience in Performance Testing, Load testing
Requirements / Specifications
- Lead, mentor and provide thought leadership to a team consisting of Automation Test Engineers.
- Work closely with the Automation Center of Excellence team and make sure product automation is always running with the latest guidelines and features.
- Lead with help of in-depth knowledge on Testing processes.
- Has the ability to withstand pressure without diluting Testing processes.
- Has understood and adopted effective techniques of parallel testing in an agile product development environment.
- Displays a very high degree of quality consciousness towards the Product.
- Should be able to demand very high-quality work from her/his team members and deliver very high-quality solutions to the customers.
- In case of emergency take charge of the situation, drives the team, coordinate with stakeholders.
- Should be able to optimize & effectively manage resources and time.
- Should be able to identify, track and mitigate risks to the product.
