We're hiring a hands-on solutions delivery architect to join our architecture practice. This is not a consulting or advisory role — you own outcomes, not recommendations. You'll take a defined business problem and deliver a working solution end to end: diagnose, design, build, validate with real users, and hand off to engineering with production-ready documentation.
You'll sit at the intersection of architecture and delivery – deep enough to build independently and fluent enough in business context to solve the right problem. You'll partner closely with an onsite enterprise delivery architect and distributed engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Take a loosely defined business problem and translate it into a clear technical approach with testable outcomes
- Design solution architecture — models, integrations, data flows, orchestration frameworks
- Build and prototype working solutions independently, end-to-end
- Validate with real users and real data, then iterate until the outcome is proven
- Hand off to engineering with complete specs, architecture diagrams, and success criteria
- Stay engaged through productionisation to ensure design fidelity
What you bring
- 3–6 years in a technical delivery or architecture role with a track record of shipping working solutions. (excluding college experience)
- Strong foundation in intelligent automation — LLM application patterns, RAG pipelines, or agentic frameworks highly valued
- Deep expertise in at least one core and one secondary domain: AI & Agentic Systems (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, RAG, vector DBs, model eval); Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP, serverless, FinOps, HIPAA-compliant security); Enterprise Integration (API/middleware, Epic/SAP/Salesforce, Kafka, HL7/FHIR); or Application Modernization (legacy assessment, strangler fig, cloud-native refactoring, CI/CD, DevSecOps)
- Experience in a prototype-to-handoff model, building to a production-ready standard
- Clear technical writing — specs and handoff packages engineering can use without rework
- Comfortable working remotely with onsite architects and distributed teams
Healthcare enterprise experience is a plus.
