Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect/Automation Architect will be responsible for defining and driving the vision of an ecosystem that supports DevOps principles of continuous integration, continuous testing, continuous deployment, and continuous monitoring. He/she should be able to develop and deliver a Test/QA automation roadmap to drive the transformation of client quality and testing organization as well as lead, mentor, and provide Technical/Solutioning leadership to Automation Engineers. The incumbent should be technical savvy evangelists and establish the role as the trusted advisors that understand broader IT enterprise architecture.

Domain Focus : Retail-ECommerce

• Order-to-Cash / Procure-to-Pay flows
• ERP-SAP touchpoints in retail, validating data or workflows between a retail front-end system and the ERP backend
• Stock Keeping Unit : Inventory sync, POS integrations
• supply chain Module testing procurement, inventory, or logistics
• Order management order processing flows - from order placement to fulfilment

Automation Focus: Web+Mobile+API Automation

• Experience with ERP automation and frontend-backend validations
• Framework architecture (hybrid, API, data-driven)
• Handling ERP automation, test data management, CI/CD
• Handling complex test scenarios across UI, API, and ERP systems Tooling decisions (Selenium, Cypress, Katalon, REST Assured)

Strategic Automation Thinking:

• Automation KPIs or outcomes (cost, release, defect leakage)
• AI/ML/PoC exposure, modern strategies (AI, LLM, hyper automation)
