Location: New Delhi
Key responsibilities: Responsible for designing and architecting comprehensive, innovative and winning solutions that align with RFP requirements and organizational capabilities at the back of their deep understanding of business processes, technology and public sector requirements.
- Excellence in solution design
- Develop customer journey, including system diagrams, data models, and technical specifications - aligned to each client government requirement
- Develop comprehensive solution architecture stitching the layers of deliverables from business processes, technology and other functions with innovation and adherence to RFP requirements as the key drivers
- Select appropriate technologies, platforms, and methodologies to meet customer needs and align with industry best practices
- Develop white papers, case studies, and technical specifications, to strengthen the bid responses
- Drive continuous improvement in solution design processes
- Promote a culture of innovation and excellence for winning solutions
- Strategic support
- Provide technical leadership in the bid process
- Collaborate with the bid team and SMEs to ensure RFP requirements including evaluation criteria are clearly understood and incorporated in the solution
Qualification and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in CS (and Master's degree is preferred)
- 10+ years of experience as solutions architect in public sector
