About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Solution Engineer ServiceNow with 24 years of hands-on development experience. The role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing applications leveraging ServiceNow IRM, SecOps, and platform capabilities. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions, while building expertise in cybersecurity and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, Scripted Web Services, and SSO-SAML.
- Customize UI Pages, UI Macros, CMS, and workflows using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Jelly.
- Support requirements gathering, low-level design, and technical specifications.
- Build and maintain database schemas and data models.
- Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Contribute to IRM and SecOps implementations and gain domain expertise.
Required Skills:
- 24 years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow Platform Administration Certification.
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification in IRM.
- Proficiency with Tokyo and San Diego ServiceNow versions.
- Knowledge of Web Technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Web Services).
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Scripting experience with Python, Perl, Unix Shell, or Windows Shell.
- Experience with Java-based server environments (e.g., Apache Tomcat).
- Background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
- Customization skills using UI Pages, UI Macros, and CMS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certified in ServiceNow Platform Administration.
- Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (IRM).
