About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable technology solutions aligned with business needs. The Solution Architect will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to ensure that solutions are efficient, secure, and meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Design end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise applications and systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and best practices.
- Technical Leadership
- Guide development teams on solution implementation and integration.
- Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to recommend innovative solutions.
- Provide mentorship and technical expertise to developers and engineers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (cloud, infrastructure, security, data, and applications).
- Support project managers in defining scope, timelines, and cost estimates.
- System Integration
- Design APIs, microservices, and integration solutions.
- Ensure seamless interoperability between systems and third-party platforms.
- Documentation & Governance
- Maintain architecture blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, risk management, and data security standards.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) as a Solution Architect or similar role.
- Strong expertise in:
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Architecture Styles: Microservices, SOA, Event-driven architecture
- Programming: Java, .NET, Python, or equivalent
- Databases: SQL/NoSQL
- APIs & Integration: REST, GraphQL, SOAP
- Excellent knowledge of cybersecurity, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or Microsoft Certified Architect.
- Experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of AI/ML, Data Analytics, or IoT solutions.
