- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a strong track record of designing and delivering complex technology solutions.
- Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience in Integration / API Architecture: JSON, REST, SOAP, XML, Microsoft, Java Technologies, layered Architecture, MVC
- Proficiency in solution design methodologies, such as object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) or service-oriented architecture (SOA). Adoption of API and Microservices, Drive External API , Internal API , API Connect and Microservices Adoption across the Bank
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with an Agile DEVOPS development methodology using continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design end-to-end solutions that encompass the entire technology stack, including applications, infrastructure, data, and integration points.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate potential solutions and recommend the most suitable approach.
- Create architectural designs, solution blueprints, High Level Designs and technical specifications to guide the development and implementation of solutions.
- Collaborate with cross border & local teams to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and best practices during the software development lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, providing recommendations and alternative solutions when necessary.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the solutions.
- Participate in Architecture & design reviews, architecture governance activities to ensure compliance with architectural standards and policies.
