Solution Architect

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable PLM solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform aligned with enterprise PLM roadmap and digital thread initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end PLM solution architecture across product lifecycle domains including EBOM/MBOM, change management, document management, requirements management, and configuration management.
• Drive integrations between 3DEXPERIENCE and enterprise systems such as SAP, Veeva, MES, and other PLM-related platforms.
• Manage large-scale data migration activities, data governance, and lifecycle data harmonization across systems.
• Configure and customize ENOVIA and related 3DEXPERIENCE modules to support business workflows and operational requirements.
• Streamline PLM workflows through automation, configuration, and process optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, regulatory standards, and enterprise governance policies in manufacturing and life sciences environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to define scalable PLM architecture strategies.
• Provide technical leadership for SaaS-based PLM implementations and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in PLM solution architecture and enterprise-scale PLM implementations.
• Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE platform and ENOVIA modules in SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of CAD and PLM lifecycle management processes including EBOM/MBOM management.
• Experience in change management, document management, requirements management, and configuration management workflows.
• Knowledge of enterprise integrations involving SAP, MES, Veeva, and related manufacturing systems.
• Experience with PLM data migration, workflow automation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Familiarity with CATIA, DELMIA Apriso, Netvibes, EKL, OTScript, and related PLM tools is an advantage.
• Understanding of GxP compliance and regulatory requirements within manufacturing or life sciences industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
