We are seeking an experienced OSS Solution Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of OSS technologies and processes, with a strong ability to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. You will play a critical role in integrating various OSS components and ensuring that they work seamlessly to support our business objectives.
Job Description:
Must have working experience of Network OSS Solution Architecture in one or more of Network OSS sub-domains like (1) Infrastructure Plan & Build, (2) Network Inventory Management, (3) Business Process & Workflow Management, (4) Network & Service Activation/Provisioning, (5) Service & Resource Orchestration/Fulfilment.
Must have experience of Fixed networks (IP, Access, Transmission), network technologies and SDN & NFV based network technologies.
Good to have knowledge of Mobile networks (4G, 5G - RAN, Transmission, Core) & network technologies.
Knowledge of fixed network products & services like broadband, ethernet, optical, IP VPN etc
Good to have product owner experience in any one of the above-mentioned network OSS sub-domains.
Will define OSS product feature, capabilities & wider integration architecture.
Will define and lead on solution architecture (and solution design where applicable) for above mentioned network OSS sub-domains following TMF ODA architecture principles.
Will work with enterprise architects, other BSS & OSS solution architects, solution designer, product manager, technical architect, software engineers, network users, and CFU stakeholders.
Should have good experience of software engineering and latest technologies used to realise networks OSS solutions & products, including micro-services architecture & cloud technology.
Will drive how OSS and BSS interwork to support digital transformation and transformation in the customer user experience.
Will use & adopt Telecom Standards such as TM Forum eTOM, SID, ODA, NaaS, Open APIs; ETSI MANO, LSO and standards such as Netconf & IETF YANG in Network and OSS.
Good to have knowledge of AI/ML technologies and its use in OSS solutions and systems (Network & Service Orchestration & Assurance).
Good to have knowledge of Closed Loop and Autonomous Networks architecture, solutions, use-cases, and assets from wider telecom industry standard organizations like TM Forum, ETSI, ONAP, MEF etc
Please note this role is of Network OSS Solution Architect which requires deep knowledge & experience of networks, network technologies, network products & services and network OSS domains mentioned above, which is different from BSS solution architecture.
