Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Solar Advisor / Consultant to connect with potential customers, assess their energy needs, and provide customized solar solutions. The candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building trust, and promoting clean energy adoption among households, MSMEs, and industries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential customers for solar solutions.
Conduct site visits and assess feasibility (rooftop/ground).
Explain CAPEX, OPEX, and financing options clearly to clients.
Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs.
Guide customers on expected savings, ROI, and warranties.
Support end-to-end sales cycle until project handover.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and local outreach programs.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Engineering, Business, or related field (freshers with interest in solar may apply).
14 years of experience in solar/renewable energy sales or consulting preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Customer-first approach with problem-solving attitude.
Ability to travel locally for client meetings/site assessments.
