Software Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Software Trainer / Technical Trainer with 3+ years of experience in software development and/or technical training, with strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript and modern web development technologies. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, engaging technical training to students, freshers, and/or working professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom, online, and corporate technical training on JavaScript and web development.

Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, assignments, coding exercises, and assessments.

Provide hands-on coding sessions and live demonstrations.

Train candidates on JavaScript fundamentals, ES6+ concepts, DOM manipulation, asynchronous programming, APIs, and debugging.

Conduct practical projects and workshops to improve learners programming and problem-solving skills.

Explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

Evaluate learners through assignments, coding tests, projects, and assessments.

Mentor students and provide technical guidance throughout their learning journey.

Stay updated with current JavaScript frameworks, tools, and industry practices.

Collaborate with the technical/training team to improve course content and curriculum.

Provide feedback on learner performance and identify areas for improvement.
