Software Testing

Description

We are seeking freshers/entry-level candidates for the position of Software Testing. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through thorough testing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand product features and provide feedback on functionality.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that existing functionality remains unaffected by new code changes.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, providing testing input during the design and development phases.
• Report testing progress and results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in the testing process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques.
• Proficiency in writing test cases and executing manual and automated tests.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
