Description
We are looking for freshers/entry-level candidates to join our team as Software Testing Engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through rigorous testing and validation.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues in software products.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Perform regression testing and ensure quality standards are met before product releases.
- Automate testing processes where applicable to improve efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and provide suggestions for testability.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
- Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
