We are looking for a Software Support Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and ensuring a smooth user experience with our software products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via email, phone, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by customers.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix software bugs.
  • Maintain documentation of customer interactions and support processes.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients by providing training on software usage.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in software support or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of software applications and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and basic programming concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
