Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Bengaluru, combining remote work flexibility with on-site requirements as needed. The Software Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales of the LeadForge.in CRM platform to potential clients in the education sector. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospects, conducting product demonstrations, nurturing relationships, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Collaboration with internal teams to gather insights and refine sales strategies will also be expected to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Software Sales and a solid understanding of Software solutions, particularly CRM platforms.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build lasting relationships.
  • Proven experience in Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and developing successful strategies.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, work independently and collaboratively, and demonstrate problem-solving capability.
  • Familiarity with the education sector or experience working with educational institutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales tech is advantageous.
