Job Description:We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Tester with hands-on experience in manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should be passionate about ensuring high-quality software delivery, identifying bugs, and improving product performance through rigorous testing methods.
Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using standard tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure product quality.
- Maintain and enhance automation test scripts and frameworks.
- Prepare detailed test plans, reports, and documentation.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide sign-off on software readiness.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in software QA (manual + automation).
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or JMeter.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice to Have:- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Experience testing web and mobile applications.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
