About R&D:
The R&D organization at ANSR MedTech is being built to support the development, testing, and long-term sustainment of complex, regulated products used at global scale.
This team plays a critical role in engineering excellence, product quality, and operational reliability, working closely with global R&D leaders to deliver against well-defined technical standards, quality systems, and product outcomes.
Unlike a traditional offshore or support model, R&D in India is designed to take on meaningful ownership across the product lifecycle, particularly in areas where scale, focus, and execution discipline are essential.

How the R&D Team Operates:
- Teams are based in India and embedded in day-to-day delivery, not isolated support functions.

- The organization is built under a Build–Operate–Transfer (BOT) model with ANSR, with responsibilities expanding as the site matures.
- Success is measured by engineering quality, predictable delivery, adherence to quality systems, reduced defects over time, and strong collaboration with global R&D teams.
Job Summary:
This position will be primarily responsible in testing various web applications newly developed. The position will be directly involved in working with a manual and automation framework for testing the web software and API services. This position will eventually be developing manual and automated tests in conjunction with the development efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Build test frameworks and methodologies that will define the testing process used as part of the agile software development process.
- Develop and execute test suite for Web application.
- Develop and execute test suite for API service application.
- Work closely with the software development team to identify and correct defects.
- Develop and maintain test database for automated validation test of software revisions.
- Collaborate with Development, QA and IT teams.
- Participate in product design reviews.
- Performs other duties as required.
Education and Experience:
- BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar field; 3+ years of experience in software design and software testing; 3+ years hands on experience in testing web based and mobile software applications.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Software skills required, including Java, Selenium and Python.
- Knowledge of Cloud based services (AWS, Azure).
- Strong understanding of HTTP protocols, REST, SOAP.
- Proficiency with source control, continuous integration and testing methods (i.e., Git).
- Familiarity with Continuous Build Systems such as Jenkins, Bamboo or Azure Pipelines.
- In depth knowledge of software testing methodology, test development, and test execution.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and international standards applicable to medical device software development, verification and validation a plus.
