Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in software development
  • Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring boot, OOP concepts, SQL and database design , Rest APIs, JSON, GIT Enterprises and JavaScript (React or Angular)
  • Experience building applications from scratch
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems
  • Hands-on exposure to Kafka / queues / messaging systems
  • Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Solid understanding of Data structures & algorithms, System design and architecture and Software engineering principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field
  • Experience in Insurance/Disability domain
  • Exposure to AI tools / GitHub Copilot / modern developer productivity tools
  • Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams
