About the Role:
We are looking for a Software Engineer to serve as a Technical Validator for recruitment endorsements. In this role, you will collaborate with the recruitment team to assess and validate the technical skills and capabilities of potential candidates, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the recruitment team to design, develop, and implement assessment criteria for technical roles.
Evaluate and validate the technical skills of candidates through code reviews, technical interviews, and practical assessments.
Provide detailed feedback on candidates strengths and areas for improvement, assisting in the decision-making process.
Ensure that the evaluation process aligns with the company's technical standards and best practices.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to effectively assess candidates skills and potential.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field OR 3+ years of technical software engineering experience.
Proficiency in programming languages such as React, JavaScript, and CSS.
Note: The 3 years of specialized software engineering experience can be acquired through a combination of education, full-time work experience, additional training, coursework, research, or similar. This experience does not need to be in addition to the years of education and full-time work experience.Technical Skills:
