Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI solutions using Python, with proficiency in frameworks such as Flask, Streamlit, and FastAPI.

Architect and implement intelligent agents and agent-based systems.

Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, including GraphRAG, to enhance model performance.

Engineer memory and context-aware systems for dynamic AI interactions.

Collaborate on solutioning initiatives in Data and GenAI, driving innovation and efficiency.

Work with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, or Autogen (hands-on experience with at least one is required).

Contribute to the design and optimization of Agent Architectures and Multi-Component Pipelines (MCP).

Required Skills

Strong programming skills in Python.

Experience with one or more of the following: LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, Autogen.

Deep understanding of Agent Architectures, RAG, and GraphRAG.

Familiarity with memory management and context engineering in AI systems.

Proven ability to design scalable and efficient AI solutions.
