What You Will Do
Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, developers, & QA, to identify product & test infrastructure requirements
Provide & maintain infrastructure for developers & QAs to design, develop, execute, & maintain manual & automated tests with robust test cases & test data based on functional & component requirements to validate the behaviour & performance of our software product infrastructure, platform, & applications
Conduct root cause analysis of test infrastructure, framework, & suite failures, &
recommend improvements
Keep up to date with industry best practices, strategies, & emerging trends in
infrastructure, quality assurance, & test automation
Contribute to continuous integration (CI) & continuous deployment (CD) processes,
ensuring automated tests are integrated & executed reliably
Create & maintain documentation related to infrastructure & testing activities, especially as it relates to developer & QA self-service
Participate in process & defect retrospectives & recommend process improvements
Work closely with development teams to investigate & resolve issues, ensuring the on time delivery of high-quality software
Identify, analyze, & document software & infrastructure defects, & track their resolution in an issue-tracking system
What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, e.g. SDET, DevOps, or
Infrastructure QA
Expert knowledge of infrastructure & software testing principles, techniques, & best
practices, especially as it relates to access & security
Hands-on experience with demonstrated proficiency designing, implementing, &
maintaining infrastructure that deploys code from various repos & branches, manages test data, & configures applications & their data both within Kubernetes Pods & outside a Pod
Solid understanding of AWS services, especially EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda,
IAM, EKS, & CloudWatch, with experience testing & troubleshooting distributed systems that use RESTful web services & event-driven architecture
Skilled in Bash or PowerShell scripting for automation & system configuration
Hands on experience with containerization & orchestration technologies on Linux, such as Docker & Kubernetes
Skilled in application monitoring & logging in dynamic, distributed systems
Advanced hands-on JavaScript experience
Excellent analytical, debugging, & problem-solving skills with Git version control
experience
Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.
Preferred Qualifications
Post-secondary degree in computer science, software engineering or related discipline.
Knowledge of Linux security testing methodologies & best practices
Experience conducting cloud-specific security tests, including penetration testing
Test automation work experience with scripting languages commonly used in Linux, such as Bash & Python
