What will you get to work on
As a core member of the QA team at Osfin.ai, you will:
- Create and design application testing processes.
- Develop automated testing and problem-solving of various tasks that work towards a development process
- Advise best practices and optimisations throughout testing and bug-fixing processes
- Collaborate with fellow engineering leads to develop test plans and create extensive test cases to ensure stable and bug-free delivery
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the application development lifecycle
What do we expect from you
The SDET (Automation) role is critical to our success, and we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Hustle! We're young, lean, and in our early days
- Proven experience as a QA engineer or similar role
- Experience in test documentation development (test plans, test cases, checklists, among others)
- Experience in automated testing, along with writing test cases for an automated testing suite
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
- Fluent in SQL, Java software and systems
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in testing tools like Playwright with JavaScript
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
