Job Description

Position Summary...

As part of the Data Analytics team, you'll collaborate with data scientists, backend engineers and operations leaders to build robust, data-rich frontend applications that surface key insights and drive strategic decision-making. You'll contribute to the development of tools used for monitoring, diagnostics, forecasting and workflow optimization to enable teams to make faster, smarter and more informed decisions at scale.

Your work will directly support the company's mission to elevate operational excellence through data and automation.

What you'll do...

About the team : Our team is responsible for collecting, interpreting, and transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The team builds dashboards, develops analytical models, and collaborates with business units to identify trends, optimize performance, and guide organizational planning.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and optimize backend services using Python and Node.js
  • Develop and integrate LLM-based solutions into enterprise systems
  • Implement machine learning models to support predictive analytics and automation
  • Build advanced data analytics pipelines for insights and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver scalable architectural solutions
  • Conduct system performance optimization, code review, and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and model integration workflows
  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or related frameworks a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience deploying AI and analytics applications in production environments
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
