The Software Engineer II role is to analyze requirements, develop and test code, and deploy efficient systems in support of the core organizational functions. This individual will utilize effective communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate/resolve issues, opportunities, or problems to maximize the benefit of IT and business needs.
The ideal candidate should have the necessary skills and experience to provide coding and application support. Servicing 1350+ Property Management Companies, Over 40,000+ HOA's , 250 HOA's managed directly by FCB. The Community Association Banking Technology team is growing and seeking a Software Engineer II to join us.. Key Deliverables (Duties and Responsibilities)
- 5-7 years experience building enterprise applications.
- Utilizes up-to-date coding, testing, security, DevOps, and software engineering practices to maintain and create new applications that support business requirements
- Thoroughly tests systems to ensure proper installation of new software, system changes, and overall efficiency.
- Exhibits DevOps and Agile mindset where team is accountable for product from inception to sunset
- Possesses an understanding of User Experience practices to improve usability and interaction between the customer and product
- Resolves complex technical problems across products using a DevSecOps approach, research industry best practices and conducts proof-of-concepts
- Applies a wide application of complex principles, theories, and concepts in computer science for software engineering solutions
- Provides technical support by performing coding, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve processing capabilities. Works closely with business units and operation teams to support their business objectives
- Supports productions systems by resolving complicated issues and ensuring ongoing functionality.
- Provides 24/7 support during on-call rotations for critical Production issues
