Software Developer

As a member of SaaS Operations Engineering division, you will assist in developing, debugging or designing tools / software applications. Provide technical assistance to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing tools and software to meet changing needs.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Computer Science is preferred) in relevant to functional area. 3 to 5 years of software engineering experience in object oriented software development using latest Web technologies

• Very good knowledge required for programming and debugging in latest Web technologies
• Must possess good problem solving, analytical and time management skills
• Should know the basics of Software Development Processes and Methodologies
• Must possess good teamwork skills and the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills

• Experience in HTML5 and OJet web components.
• Expertise in development using Object Oriented Patterns
• Expertise in HTML and CSS
• Expertise in building Javascript based solutions.
• Exposure / Experience in functional programming paradigms and dynamic programming languages (such as Javascript).
• Experience in Python Programming & in using RestAPIs
• Experience in building browser side components.
• Experience in implementing enterprise design patterns
• Experience in Agile Development Methods such as scrum
• Exposure to product release cycles, from concept to delivery
• Strong communication and people skills in working in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment and ability to work independently and in group

Additional Skills

• Experience with any RDBMS / Unix & Python
• Experience with Kubernetes and its ecosystem in production, possibly at scale
• Experience with Terraform (or other IaC)
• Experience with any of the Cloud provides like OCI , AWS , GCP
• Exposure to Dev/Ops
