Role Description

This is a contractual on-site role for a Soft-Skill Trainer located in Secunderabad (Telangana). The Soft-Skill Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on various life skills, soft skills, and communication techniques. The trainer will also develop training materials, conduct workshops, and provide one-on-one coaching to enhance the presentation and interpersonal skills of participants. The role involves continuous assessment and feedback to ensure the effectiveness of the training programs.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Training & Development and facilitating life skills workshops
• Expertise in teaching Soft Skills
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
• Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
