Job Title: Soft Services HR Recruiter Bulk Hiring (Facility Management)

Location: Navi Mumbai (Head Office)

Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: Sr. HR & Admin Manager / HR Head

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site / Field Coordination)

About the Role

We're looking for a result-driven HR Recruiter (Bulk Hiring) who specializes in high-volume hiring for Facility Management and Engineering Services.

This role involves recruiting large numbers of skilled and unskilled manpower including housekeeping staff, technicians, supervisors, gardeners, operators, and helpers for sites across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.

You'll work closely with the Operations and Project Deployment teams to ensure on-time manpower mobilization for ongoing and new contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Bulk Recruitment & Mobilization

Execute end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and site-level roles in Facility Management projects (Housekeeping, Technicians, Electricians, Plumbers, Gardeners, etc.).

Conduct daily recruitment drives, local sourcing, and walk-ins through labor hubs, job fairs, and community networks.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and local recruitment agents for manpower supply.

Maintain and expand the internal worker database for quick deployment on new sites.

Handle background verification, document collection, and pre-joining formalities (Aadhar, PAN, bank details, police verification, etc.).

Coordination & Site Deployment

Work closely with Operations / Site Managers to understand manpower requirements and deployment deadlines.

Track daily joining, attrition, and replacement of site manpower.

Coordinate relievers / replacements in case of absenteeism or dropouts.

Support the mobilization process uniforms, ID cards, training, and site inductions.

Reporting & Data Management

Maintain detailed recruitment MIS, candidate pipeline, and joining status in Excel / Airtable / HRMS.

Track recruitment targets, joining ratios, and attrition trends weekly.

Submit daily hiring reports to HR Head and Operations team.

Vendor & Field Network Management

Build and manage relationships with local vendors, job consultants, and labor suppliers.

Conduct regular field visits to ensure manpower availability from key sourcing zones.

Negotiate with vendors on manpower cost and ensure timely supply as per demand.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong experience in bulk hiring / mass recruitment for Facility Management, Security, or Manpower Supply industry.

Ability to handle pressure and time-bound mobilizations for new project sites.

Strong local network across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, and Pune.

Excellent coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.

Hands-on knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp-based coordination.

Basic understanding of statutory documentation (PF, ESIC, compliance forms).

Qualifications

Graduate in any stream (MBA HR preferred).

26 years of experience in bulk recruitment for Facility Management, Security, or Contract Staffing companies.

Experience in blue-collar hiring (housekeeping, technicians, operators, helpers, etc.) is mandatory.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Daily/weekly recruitment target achievement.

Offer-to-joining conversion ratio (>75%).

Deployment TAT per site.

Retention % within 30 days of joining.

Active manpower pipeline size and vendor performance score.

Compensation

  • Fixed monthly salary + performance-based hiring incentives + field allowance (if applicable).
